Throughout my career as a success coach I have watched thousands of people attract wealth and thousands repel it.
Why do some people seem to effortlessly attract wealth while others it seems no matter what they do never get it?
Some people work and work and work and never get ahead while others just seem to attract the money and lifestyle they desire.
Where Attracting Wealth Begins
When it comes to getting wealthy it all begins with your mind. You can pursue wealth, work long and hard, read all the get rich books and go to the seminars but if you “THINK SCARCITY” you will never attract wealth.
I see people all the time who are in the right business and surrounded by opportunity but never attract wealth. They go to the plate and swing away but never hit the home run. They get mad, they get frustrated and they get discouraged. They try harder and harder and still don’t attract wealth.
Attracting wealth starts with your thoughts. To attract wealth you must think like the wealthy. You could be doing the right stuff but if you’re thinking scarcity, poverty or lack that’s what you’re going to attract more of. It all begins with your thoughts.
The Power of Attracting Wealth Through Focus
Whatever you focus on enlarges. You can be working and trying to build wealth but if you’re focusing on lack that’s what you’ll manifest. I frequently find people that are involved in tremendous money making opportunities and never make much money. They work hard and long doing what others who are in the same opportunity are doing and making lots of money and never make much money. After talking to them and asking a few probing questions I quickly discover that they are frequently thinking about their bills, debt, financial problems and lack. Though their doing the right stuff they are living with a poverty consciousness that keeps them from attracting wealth.
You can attract the wealth you desire. But it all begins with your thoughts. Start training you’re mind to think consistent thought of wealth. Start imagining yourself living the life of wealth. Start saying to yourself over and over again each day “I am attracting wealth.” Start deleting those negative poverty thoughts when they enter your mind and replace them with positive wealth thoughts.

The other day I was working with a group of people in one of my health and vitality seminars when an overweight man in his forties asked in a sarcastic manner if I could tell him why he’s been overeating throughout his life. I felt inspired and went into action. I started repeating a number of the reasons people have shared with me through the years as to why they overeat. Here they are:
1. I overeat because dieting makes me binge.
2. I overeat to fill the emotional emptiness in my life.
3. I overeat because of unhealthy eating habit that I’ve learned throughout my life.
4. I overeat out of guilt and shame.
5. I overeat to protect myself from intimacy.
6. I overeat to get instant gratification.
7. I overeat to numb my pain.
8. I overeat to punish myself
9. I over eat to punish others.
10. I over eat to relieve stress.
11. I overeat because I love to eat.
12. I overeat to satisfy my need for love.
13. I overeat because I associate food with pleasant past experiences.
After finishing he responded by saying, “A number of them apply to me.”
I then said, “Great, knowing why you overeat is the first step to getting trim and slim.”
You see, diets deal with symptoms. They tell you to stop eating, eat less, don’t eat carbohydrates, or lower your calories.
They deal with the effects but don’t get down and deal with the causes that make you overeat. The only way to get trim and stay slim is to discover what’s making you overeat and fix it. This is how thousands of others and myself have lost the fat and kept it off without dieting.
The secret to permanent weight loss is discovering what makes you over eat and fixing it once and for all. There’s hope through permanent solutions that deal with the root causes of what makes you overeat.

I Believe I Found the Secret to The Fountain Of Youth!
What if I told you that I believe I’ve found the fountain of youth. I believe, after over twenty years of searching for the secrets to a long and healthy life, I found it.
If there was just one thing you knew you could do that would eliminate the risks of disease in your life and able you to live to one hundred or more years, would you want to know about it?
I’m sure you would…Wouldn’t everybody want to know the secret to the fountain of youth?
Well the secret I’ve discovered isn’t a fountain.
It’s not a pill.
It’s not an elixir.
It’s not something I’m selling.
It’s not some hyped up diet.
The secret to the fountain of youth is your pH balance. Everyone has a pH level. Your pH is the balance between your body’s acidity and alkaline. Your pH, I believe, is the most important physical measurement that will determine your health and longevity. It’s more important in determining your health than your blood pressure, cholesterol level, HDL’s or LDL’s or any other measurement.
A person with a health pH level around 6.8 to 7.2 will feel great and have healthy cells throughout their body. They will have a strong immunity to bacteria and germs. They will have immunity from the life style diseases that are killing Americans like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. They will have energy and look far younger than their biological age.
The sad thing is that the majority of people in North America have dangerously low pH levels. They tend to be overly acidic instead of alkaline. Bodies that are acidic are prone to disease while bodies that are alkaline are resistant to disease.
The great scientist Louis Pasture could not grow diseases in high alkaline foods like fresh fruits and vegetables. He was able to grow them in highly acidic dead animal flesh. Diseases flourish in highly acidic cells while they are left impotent in highly alkaline conditions.
When it comes to health and longevity it works the same way. People who are highly alkaline 6.8 to 7.2 live healthy long disease free lives. People who are highly acidic 6.0 and below tend to live sickly, low energy lives and die far before they should from disease.
Some Things You Can Do To Raise Your pH Level:
1. Eat less dead food. Dead foods are processed foods, dead animal, and cooked foods. These dead foods are acidic and have little or no life in them.
2. Eat more living foods. Foods like fresh fruit, vegetables, fresh juices, raw nuts and seeds are high alkaline living foods.
3. Drink purified water throughout the day. I recommend drinking a few glasses of distilled water and water that’s been purified through reverse osmosis throughout the day.
4. Drink a few glasses of water with lemon juice squeezed into it from fresh lemons.
5. Buy a pH testing kit from your local health food store. By placing a small piece of paper on the tip of your tongue you can measure your pH balance. Test your pH in the morning when you first wake up and again before you go to bed. Keep a record of your measurements. It will take a few weeks of eating high alkaline foods and fewer acidic foods before your pH begins to stabilize. Then record it once a day.
6. Go for a healthy long life. Measuring your pH balance is incredibly motivational especially when its reading are low and acidic and you know that a low Ph balance make you vulnerable to disease. The measurements will motivate you to eat high alkaline foods.
You have been created to live a long healthy life free of disease. The choices you make between living food and dead food will determine whether you live with health or sickness.
